This book said that leadership is a skill which anyone can learn
But there were no suggestion how we can obtain that skill, that is
what we want to know.

Moreover this book is not focus on women's career.
In fact it is very difficult for women to get risk after 30.
Women need to have better working environment to continue heir work after having children. Given this, who want to join such a risky and unprotected start-up companies!!
